Service Description
Keeping an up-to-date website is an important part of managing any business or nonprofit organization - or even your personal brand! An up-to-date digital presence signals to site visitors that you are current, active, and ready for your next adventure! One hour weekly of maintenance on your personal or organization website. Includes blog/content updates, calendar adjustments, menu/navigation "tweaks," cosmetic changes - any "front end" web design service using any of the major "site builder" platforms (e.g. Wordpress, Google Sites, Wix, Squarespace, etc.). Does not include "back end" CMS/web development coding. Single sessions billed at $35/hr; clients who expect to need site maintenance regularly may find it helpful to explore the "Pricing Plans" menu for discounted rates.
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule an appointment at least 48 hours in advance, reach out by email to info@theconsultingacademic.com to request an alternate time. Appointments rescheduled within 48-24 hours of the original day/time are subject to a 20% rebooking fee. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% rebooking fee. Cancelled appointments are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled 48-24 hours in advance, and a 75% cancellation fee if cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
